Jim Sturgess & Joe Anderson
This is my new crush. Not Jim Sturgess or Joe Anderson, but the movie “Across The Universe”. I’ve watched a lot of crap movies to cap guys, so it’s nice to finally come across one that’s just phenomenal. If you’re not familiar with “Across The Universe” (as I wasn’t) it’s a musical about the 1960′s and all the songs are by the Beatles. Think “Moulin Rouge” …only good. I highly recommend seeing it! The stars, Jim Sturgess and Joe Anderson, are both adorable and charming, as so many young British actors seem to be.
I’m particularly fond of the dark-haired Jim Sturgess and I can’t wait to see him in the upcoming “21″. Joe Anderson (who has incredible blue eyes, btw) also has some interesting projects on the horizon, including the horror movie “The Ruins” with Jonathan Tucker and Shawn Ashmore. Talk about a tasty trio!

Jim Sturgess will also be in the upcoming movie 21; I think he’s got a shirtless scene there as well.
This is one of my favorite movies of the last 10 years – I saw it in theaters and then bought it the day it came out. It’s an amazing movie.
And Jim Sturgess is one of the sexiest actors out there today. While he doesn’t have the stereotypical “buff body,” he’s good looking and his body is fine….and his eyes, his voice and the way he carries himself just make him sex on a stick.
I agree totally Metcalfe. This is by far the best movie I’ve seen so far this year. (Second best is probably “Juno”) I just don’t understand how this flew so far below the radar. I got it Fri. and I’ve watched it three times already. Plus I got the soundtrack, which was kind of a disappointment, because I like when they leave musical soundtracks just the way they were in the movie. And I totally agree about Jim Sturgess as well. He’s not physically perfect, but he has an effortless sex appeal about him (sort of akin to Collin Farrell) that I imagine makes the girls’ panties fall off. And a hot accent never hurt anybody.
Okay, you’ve convinced me. I’ve got to get around to watching “Across The Universe…” because those guys are looking FINE!!!!!
He takes my breath away…and he is not a rising star…he is a star in the deepest part of him and it’s blinding!

i think jim Sturgess and joe Anderson is really hot guys and i love it when they sing i love Beatles Definitly there Favorite band ever they play my favorite songs like Strawberry Fields Forever and in the office song and when theyer haning out out Side at night Runing like cool people and mostly funny theyer just very cool and also the eggman this song craks me up.
Jim Sturgess is just adorable, he can act. he can sing, and he’s a nice guy too.
He has a baby-faced sweetness about him. It’s a pity he’s known better in the US than in his native UK.
