Nick Stahl 2
Although not as cut and slim as he was in “Bully”, I think Nick Stahl is equally sexy in “Carnivale”. He looks ten times better with his hair cut short and the touch of chest hair makes him seem a little more mature, but his face still has a boyish quality. The southern drawl he adopts is kind of sexy too. The pics where he’s in bed all sweaty are just excellent in my opinion. My only problem with his look on this show is that he’s always dirty, like they didn’t have water during the Depression or something.

These are pure hotness… For me, its safe to say that Nick is somehow the darker version of Jack Gyllenhaal (shut up!). Right amount of boyishness, right amount of chest hair & scruff, what’s not to like? And yeah, he looks SO much better with shorter hair!
One more thing, is it just me or that fourth last shot looks like that guy icon in Doom?

Love me some Stahl…especially from Carnivale. He was excellent in that show. And he was dirty because they were constantly in dustbowl areas. The dirt actually made him sexier I thought….
“Dust Bowl” wasn’t just a phrase. Technically, they didn’t have water. That’s why so many people lit out for California. (See: “Grapes of Wrath”).
I just don’t find Nick terribly appealing. Never have. Not sure why. Maybe it’s the “whiny little bitch” personna he’s played in nearly everything he’s done, up to and including “Terminator 3″… Thomas Dekker makes a MUCH more convincing “savior of the human race”.

Those scenes in the bathroom when his father is talking to him while (Nick) is naked…what a sexy freakin’ tease that was!
There is just something about this kid.
I have trouble accepting Stahl as a grownup since the first I remember seeing him was “Man Without A Face”, which if you read the book, you just can’t watch the movie the same way.
Nick Stahl yumminess….Oooooooooh, wheeeeeeee! But to be honest, I’m not a huge fan of his, but his body of work never looked better!
He makes dirty look so good, so the only thing for him to do is do a decent movie where he spends most of it naked, but wait, that could be said just about every HOT young(er) actor.
I call for more nakedness, more nude scenes…say it with me, “We want more nude scenes, we want more nude scenes”… LOL

Love the Stahl. Always have. He was the reason I watched Carnivale. There was even a scene in one of those dumb teen films he made earlier in his career (can’t remember which one) in which one could see the outline of what lies between those spindly legs and the boy/man is quite well hung — not that it matters with those unique looks. He’s a very underrated talent who will one day get his due. Stahl rocks.
Caught most of “Bully” the other night on HBO. Nick shows his cute, firm butt a lot. And he’s nearly naked often. One hot dude and a convincing bully. Also some hot shirtless guys in the movie. Now I find out that Renfro is dead — too bad.
