Brendan Hines
Sorry to keep you waiting for Matt Keeslar but I just HAVE to post these stat and I’m letting the inner 14 year old teenage schoolgirl in me loose again. So, I have a new crush, and his name is Brendan Hines. He looks a bit like Adam Brody, albeit a much better version of him. Yes I’m going to say it whether you like it or not. He’s oh so ADORKABLE. There, I can breathe easy now. These shirtless pictures of my latest crush Brendan Hines are from his latest starring role in independent film “Heavy Petting”. And someone actually listens to us for once by keeping the fur on! It really brings out the color of his eyes. Okay, that doesn’t make any sense but he does have a breathtaking set of green eyes. Sigh!
Brendan was recently seen in the television series “Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles” and alongside uberhottie Matt Keeslar in hot dorks fest “The Middleman”. He’s also a singer and a songwriter, although I can’t say I’m a big fan of his music but they’re sweet and Jack Johnson-ish. You gotta be honest to your boyfriend right?
The movie also starred an extreme adorkable Kevin Sussman which you might remember him as Walter from “Ugly Betty”. It strikes me that “Heavy Petting” (or “Underdog” in some places) is a movie that has 2 adorkables as lead. Yay! Head over to his official site and MySpace to know more about this hottie. p.s: The DVD for “Heavy Petting” hasn’t been released yet but at least you know what to grab later, because this one is quite generous with Brendan’s skin scenes. Yummay!

This is the kind of guy who makes my heart flutter, almost like it’s difficult to breath when I’m around him. That dark hair, green eyes and hairy chest remind me exactly of my huge crush from college. I still melt a little when thinking about him.

I think he should cut his hair. It makes him look too much like Adam Brody without actually being Adam Brody, therefore despite his being possibly more technically handsome, he suffers in the comparison.

Jay: Totally agree. Like it or not, Adam Brody IS the adorkable standard, not sure who started it but any adorkable will be compared to him, although if given choice between Brody and Hines, I’ll take Hines with both eyes closed. Heh.

After scouring the web for hot grabs of Brendan Hines, I find a whole page dedicated to them!!! This guy is f*ckin’ smoking. Caught him in the Terminator series (only 3 episodes, I was hoping he’d become a regular… who takes his shirt off a lot) and have since bought his CD, joined his group on Facebook, and bought the DVD of Heavy Petting.

I was just watching the Turk episode from Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. There’s this character named Andy Goode. Looks like Adam Brody, at least in the eyes.
I knew I have seen him before but couldn’t come up with his name. So I went to IMDB, the old reliable. Then I saw “Brendan Hinds”. Click … Square was / is in love with Brendan Hindes. What a heartthrob. I re-read my above comment about Adam Brody’s eyes. TRULY ADORKABLE. A 10. Maybe a 10.25. I hoped madly that Sarah Connor wouldn’t kill him. She did something a little worse.
Can’t wait for the next disc from Netflix. Good thing there are no late fees.

As for the film, was Adam’s any better? It sounded kind of lame.

He was also in the movie “Ordinary Sinner” which is very gay themed. But he is not – though he is shirtless a few times. He also gets confused with Michael Rady – another adorkable actor.

The something ‘odd’ about his body that people keep noticing on this thread might be from too much soya. Soya (milk) can cause a softness to a mans body that doesn’t quite look right….it looks different than an untoned body. Anyway – that might be the reason his body seems a bit off. Booze can do the same thing but usually there is a paunch with booze.
He is so cute who cares if his chest is a bit flabby.
