Dr. Hot’s Name is Todd Grinnell
I was starting to get bored with “Desperate Housewives” (the hunks, not the storyline) when this cute bunny of a doctor showed up out of nowhere. How cute is he? Todd Grinnell looks like a cross between Simon Rex and Damian Lewis‘s non-ginge younger brother. He was in that sitcom that nobody watched “Four Kings” with fellow hotties Seth Green and Josh Cooke. The first place I went to look for Dr. Hot’s name was IMDB, and miserably failed. How’s a character as important (and as awfully cute) as him NOT listed in the cast list? “Desperate Housewives” isn’t even on his page! Screw that, here’s a few non-shirtless caps of Dr. Hot (unfortunately) from this week’s episode. And since he is revealed later to be Shawn Pyfrom’s partner, we only could hope there will be a shirtless scene or ten of this adorable couple in the future. Now when on earth they will get Neal McDonough’s clothes off his back?
And because I am such a pimp, here is Todd’s official website. Those headshots are quite unflattering but at least he’s smiling with his eyes.
This is exactly how I look after a long day, with one of my husbands on the phone. I need to call two more times after that but that’s just how we roll in the Square mansion.

so SquareH. i do agree with you about the super sexy Simon Rex-ish boy next
door quality to Todd G.’s eatability to which i have a question for you. in the quick
promo for this coming Sun.’s episode the gay couple who live across from Bree
say to Bree that they could swear they saw him in gay porn. now the nose
surgery doctor as i call him doesn’t look all that old to begin with so if he had to
go to medical school then do a residency before setting himself up as the nose
surgery doctor to go to when did he do gay porn when he 18? i know its only
a t.v. series but i think its a valid question especially if it turns out his character
did do gay porn years ago.

he is adorable! he really looks like a combination of a bunch of people. he reminds me of a sorta-older-kinda Bret Harrison. … man, i can’t wait until January when season 2 of Reaper starts up. =D

Christopher: My guess is that the nose surgery doctor (Dr. Cominis) is doing porn now, or did do it during his residency, internship, or schooling. The storyline has more potential for juiciness if he did porn now or recently than years ago.
It’s about time that Andrew has an expanded storyline. I’ve been waiting for some substance to Shawn Pyrfrom’s character since he claimed he wasn’t gay in season 1.
I watched Four Kings, I liked it. Todd had a shirtless scene on there, might be worth investigating!
I thought he was really cute, too. I was pleasantly surprised to see he is Andrew’s new lover. I am certainly hoping for some shirtless shots of the both of them.
I don’t think we will see that much. Its funny cause ABC doesn’t seem to like the gay storylines on DH. We had Andrew being out for what 4 season and we barely seen a storyline even when justin was around. Then gay couple moves in and we never even see anything about them. Other then when they can fit in some stereotype. All those season of hitting Andrew was a slut now he living with some guy and buy furniture. Oh great so we can have a kevin and scott (bro and Sis) storyline for DH.
