Chris Pratt in Parks and Recreation
You know, Chris Pratt looks like someone who is most likely to yell “YEAHHH” while he’s doing business with you from behind and picks his nose and gives it a good smell after he’s done. And then resumed his Guitar Hero he’s been on for the last couple of hours. The weird thing is I am perfectly fine with that because I am very attracted to this guy. Chris Pratt was recently seen in “Bride Wars”, unfortunately not much exploitation going on there. Hopefully he didn’t get his douchey role in “Parks and Recreation” because of his last name. First saw Chris in one of the best film adaptations ever made “Strangers With Candy” and now he stars in Amy Poehler’s “Parks and Recreation”. I know it’s just like 2 second open shirted shot but as aslways, WHO CARES. This show also stars one of my sigh guys (thanks Jay) Paul Schneider. You can see his generosity with skin in “All the Real Girls”.

robertg, Citytv is a Canadian network, but Parks and Recreation is an NBC show. It’s part of the network’s Thursday night comedy lineup, shown at 8:30 between My Name is Earl and The Office. I guess it’s broadcast on Citytv in Canada.
Frankly, considering how funny Amy Poehler was on SNL, P&R is kind of a disappointment. However, Paul Schneider is very handsome and almost makes up for the laugh deficit.
Oh, the nude scene? Pratt’s special parts were pixeled during the nude chase. They do that a lot on TV nowadays. Things certainly have come a long way since Sipowicz’s naked butt created such a stir on NYPD Blue back in the ’90s.

a little edgy: Aha. Some time ago I made the decision to forego TV in order to get back to reading and a less “surface” existence. That was well over a year ago. I have decided after being on the site so much, cable must return. I don’t have to have it on ALL the time. Yeah, that’ll happen. I do miss many things, especially all these guys that keep showing up out of nowhere, to me that is, on Squarehippies.
A lot of very funny people left SNL over the years for ‘bigger things’ only to drop out of sight. Remember Chris Kattan? I always thought he was a little creepy, actually. That strraaaaange character he did. Amy Pohler is a legitimate talent. Sorry to hear her show is a bit limp. The premise is a foolish one in the first place.
No one from the wonderful “Seinfeld” series has gone on to anything except, of all people, Wayne Knight, not even one of the “fab four”. he was great on “Third Rock”. i loved that show. the very cute Joseph Gordon-Levitt, who clearly had the goods even then, is now a very sexy young man. As for Michael Richards, he’s dead. I worshipped Jerry’s chest which he did occasionally parade before us.
Yes, I remember the huge broohaha over Sipowicz’s ass. Actually, ew! But you have to give ‘em credit for even doing it. European stations don’t bother to pixilate any more. I’m not sure they ever did. Nudity is nothing. what a Puritanical sexually constipated country this is.
