Tony Goldwyn in Ghost (and Tribute to Patrick Swayze)

Edit: This post was written just before / during Patrick Swayze’s death (I know!) but originally scheduled for tomorrow, so this is dedicated to him. Rest in peace, Patrick. Discussions about Patrick Swayze can be found here.
“Ghost”, according to someone I know (not me I swear) is one of the greatest films ever made. Well. I don’t know about that, but it was definitely one of the unforgettable films I’ve seen. Anyways, one of the things I fondly remembered about “Ghost”, besides Patrick Swayze is the hotness of the fuzzy baddie, Tony Goldwyn.  Sam was hot but I was truly attracted to the adorkable-ness and dark gingy charms of Carl. These caps of him remind me a lot of Michael Cera, don’t you think? In my opinion, Tony Goldwyn has aged gracefully, and you really can’t tell that it’s almost 20 years since “Ghost” and he still looks roughly the same.

Rest in peace, Patrick Swayze. That pottery scene will always be one of the most memorable scenes EVER.

Tony is a good looking man, nice eyes, I forgot about him from this movie.
..and there are caps of a sceen from a play where Tony went completely nude — showing frontal. He has remained an eye-candy!!!
I want some…no, I want a LOT! He’s so good looking and I remember getting excited when watching “Ghost” and Tony was on the screen…I was 12!
Patrick Swayze was a good-looking man right up to the very end, and I’ll miss him.
Tony Goldwyn just keeps getting hotter as he gets older. For those who didn’t realize it, he played the girl’s dad in this spring’s remake of “Last House on the Left”. I rest my case.
RIP Patrick
RIP Patrick you’ll be greatly missed both as a great actor/Dancer and Singer it seems as well and yes had taped that great scene on video of TG from “Ghost” both when they knock down the wall/the coffee spilled on him and he took the shirt off.
Patrick Swayze was a crush of mine, for all of his acting career. He’ll be greatly missed.
RIP Patrick….you will be missed…..I have two favorites in his body of work…..North & South Books 1&2 and To Wong Foo Thanks for Everything Julie Newmar…..I can never decide which one I like better….as far as I’m concerned it’s a tie…..Thanks for Everything Patrick Swayze.
Now as far as Mr. HOTTY Goldwyn goes….could you not just lick that chest for hours….I have a friend in San Francisco who says that Tony is Bi….I almost wet myself when I heard that….I hope its true….can’t say for sure though….but my friend has never lied to me….anyone know where we can find a full frontal of Mr. Tony???
Doesn’t Tony Goldwyn look more like Michael Sheen?
Oh, **thanks** for these, Square. Tony Goldwyn has always been a favourite of mine and finding caps of him has never been easy. That scene where he connives to take his shirt off and then faux-nonchalantely insists on keeping it off was so damn hot I’ve never forgotten it. Funny how by today’s standards Tony doesn’t seem so bulky but at the time, when weight-lifting was only just beginning to become popular, those biceps were still pretty unusually nice. And that chest-hair … well, again, this is just a treat.
And a very appropriate tribute to Patrick Swayze. Thanks again
I didn’t realize Tony played Kendall Dobbs, the HIV+ decorator on Designing Women!

“YOU’LL” be greatly missed. Is he supposed to be reading this from the great beyond? Are you talking to him through this comments page?
I have a feeling you’ll have as much a chance of him getting your message as if you were to phone him up. He’s dead, hunny. Dead people don’t come to visit websites. Geesh.
Tony appears to be a homosexual – and not a very attractive one at that!
