At Long Last, Sam Worthington
Can I get an amen for that? I know for a fact that since the release of “Avatar” in theaters, hundreds of you scrambled to get on the net and googled for “Sam Worthington shirtless” but the results were quite disappointing. Okay, I’m basically talking about myself but that’s besides the point! The point is, we finally have some caps of this fine Australian actor (he’s actually British, but does that make any difference?). We can only expect big things for this hairy chested hotness, with “Avatar” and “Terminator Salvation” under his belt and the epic remake of “Clash of the Titans” next year. Could this be the next Hugh Jackman? Only time will tell.
These caps are from the modern day Australian interpretation of “MacBeth”, featuring his delectable unshaved chest. I can’t watch this film without feeling the need to take a giant scissor and chop that awful mop on his head (emphasize on HEAD).

I saw him on Leno talking about a an Avatar trial shoot that Cameron had the cast do in Kauai. He told of his embarrassment at having to wear a g-string, referencing his out-of-shape belly. Now, I ask you men: which one of you would NOT like to see Sam Worthington in a g-string?

I just watched the trailer for Somersault. Worthington looks handsome (natch) with good hair. They show a quick shot of him shirtless in bed – chest hair in tact. You can watch the film NOW if you have an account with Netflix.

I’m sorry, but these pics aren’t doing it for me. Sam is MUCH harrier now than he was in these photos. His chest hair was not only thicker (I nearly creamed in that scene at the end, when he’s under the Tree of Souls!), but it’s also more spread out. He wears a tee shirt during most of the film, but you can see lots of fur coming up out of it, and up onto his neck…especially during his video diary closeups. Lovely, lovely man. Too bad about the Brit/Aussie accent, though. Makes him sound fem, and I lose my bone.
Hmmm, me no likey the buzz cut! Or the emo hair. He had something more akin to a mullet in Somersault (the 1st film I saw him in) and he actually makes it hot. Also I like to imagine him doing the things he does to Abbie Cornish to me in that film

OK – so, question. In Avatar, when he was having sex with that blue female creature, and he was in avatar form but his real body was in the chamber thing—- so he’s having “virtual” sex… does that mean that when his avatar came, did he come in his shorts in that electronic tube thing he was in?  I think so. How embarrassing. Unless Joel Moore was watching him when he came…..
