James Marsden in Death at A Funeral
If there’s one thing that would make me pay my hard earned money to torture my eyeballs for 120 minutes, it would be a naked James Marsden. Well, almost. I really think Hollywood should stop using stunt asses once and for all, especially when dealing with a prime hotness like Mr. Cheekbones here. I guess James was making up for his lack of shirtlessness in “Sex Drive” and he definitely has redeemed himself. i have been a big James Marsden devotee ever since
i watched the short lived 1998 ABC dramedy SECOND NOAH.
in other words i saw DEATH AT A FUNERAL the opening weekend.
now there are parts of the roof scene where “Oscar” is climbing to
the top of the roof or hanging for dear life on the gutters where a stunt
double was obvious used. but you get a clear shot of Marsden’s left
buttcheek when he first climbs out the bathroom window and sits on
the roof. also when Elaine(Zoe Saldana) convinces Oscar to come back
inside and she tries to help him up we get a very quick rear view nude shot of Marsden from the knees up. these are two shots where a stunt
double was clearly not used.
Don’t get me wrong, I really like James Marsden.
That said, I still prefer Alan Tudyk in the original. It’s a Gingy thing.
Oh, and a “he has a really, really hot body” thing, too…

Alan Tudyk was way, way hotter. It’s partially a redhead thing (sorry – American here, I just can’t bring myself to say “ginger”) and partially a Firefly thing. Plus, I’ve adored Alan Tudyk since Knight’s Tale, and Marsden was the biggest pussy Cyclops ever.
Loved the original and big fan of Tudyk, but I’m eager to see this one too. Wee Marsden nekkid and tripping? I’m there. I’d hate to have to choose between these two, but luckily I’m not in that position! x SB

Did anyone see a shirtless James in this weeks Modern Family? Nice
