Steve Guttenberg in The Bedroom Window

A soft core thriller like “The Bedroom Window” takes me back to my early teenage years where I’d stay up late on Monday nights to watch it on TV, and anticipated every shirtless moment there is (or lack thereof — usually followed by frustration the next morning). Steve Guttenberg was at his tip top shape, post two “Cocoon” installments and his skin scenes are as good as the first one. These caps demonstrate that Guttenberg was a true and essential thinking man (with your crotch) hunk of the 80′s and the director has made a wise decision by spending a decent amount of screen time showcasing his perfectly shaped furry pecs. Also, if your eyes can manage to stray away from his body for a second (a hard feat, I know), you might find his kind eyes and smile are very attractive as well. Sigh. Why do people have to age?

I had huge hardons for him back then.
Well, he doesn’t look THAT bad now… i’ve seen some 80′s hunks age a lot less gracefully.
But yeah… i Used to drool myself over him on Police Academy movies… I was a kid… :p
Ya the aging process sucks! However he does not look that bad these days. Comparing him to some like Cary Elwes or Val Kilmer, he looks good. At least you can still recognize him. LOL!
Interesting with just how smooth his legs appear, but he was one of my favorites at that time.
Seine haarige Muskein sind wie zwei bescheidenen aber sehr guten Bergen (“his hairy pecs are like two low but very good mountains”), if you can appreciate the pun. And yes, he has aged extremely well – inspiration to us all.
Guten tag, Square!
Steve has a face that says innocence but a body that screams action. And I especially love and appreciate the pit shot.
Good God Square!! you made me travel back on time!! I used to have such nice fantasies with this man, he’s hairy perfection!!
Great post!
I’ve always wanted to watch this film, (especially now with the recent proper DVD release.) now I definitely need to see this in action!
I hope the film lives up to his hotness.
You should “re-view” Cocoon. He was such a cutie.
And pay close attention to that package in those tight little shorts. Still makes me moan.
Puppy dog eyes. Kissable lips. A gorgeous bod. Yeah, he was something special.
My favorite image of Steve is in the movie that my children loved, “Zeus and Roxanne” about a dog and a porpoise. Takes place in FLA Keys.
Steve is on a motorcycle and looks hot. Later near the end of the movie, he answers the telephone shirtless and his body is very very muscular and buff.
Any Steve G fan needs to check this movie out!!!!
Yeah, who DIDN’T have a hard-on for Mr. Guttenberg, back-in-the-day? And yes, he HAS aged gracefully. Now, can I have a 30ish Steve Guttenberg couch, please? Fully interactive, of course.
Wasn’t he stunning? What a chest!
Yeah! I liked his chest.
In college, I remember going to a friend’s dorm room to watch “The Bedroom Window” and several other films. I thought Steve was SEXY and I said so! The other people in the room thought I had lost my mind, but I was correct.
I remember this movie, primarily for Steve’s hairy chest. It was the object of many a masturbation fantasy.
If you check out Party Down Season 2 episode, “Steve Guttenberg’s Birthday,” he gets shirtless in it. Unfortunately, his hair looked pretty bad and his waist was way too skinny. He was very muscular, but something about ultra-skinny waists on men puts me off. Give me Thomas Jane any day.

Apparently Steve has a very large penis as well. He talked about it in a Howard Stern interview.
