I know peanuts about Phillip Rhys except that he’s hot and British but I predicted big things for him. Also, I know that he’s not related to Matthew Rhys or Jonathan Rhys Meyers. Do you know anyone’s name with Rhys in it that’s not hot? Anyhoo, you might have noticed him from “24″ and “Nip/Tuck”. I say “might” because I didn’t watch any of those shows. I am in love this man’s highly universal look but as for the chest, I promised myself not to discuss follicles too much, so I’m gonna zip it for now. He’s probably naturally smooth anyways. These quick shirtless caps of Mr. Rhys are from BBC’s latest television series, “Survivors” (not to be confused with that reality bromance show). “Survivors” also has one of my first capped Brits, Max Beesley (from that shitty Mimi flick) in it. We all should give a synchronized side eye to our friends across the pond for having to drool at these two first!
