Hugh Dillon from Flashpoint / Durham County
This guy is so hot - total daddy type with a shaved head (not dissimilar from Mitch Pileggi). I've seen all of Durham County (pretty good tv show) but I haven't watched Flashpoint (it doesn't look like he would have any shirtless scenes there).

I am hoping that the third season of Durham County and/or Flashpoint gives us more skin.
