As you may aware this forum has gotten bigger and bigger over the years, and it seems like we have spam posts almost every hour of the day. By the power vested in me by the shirtless gods, I hereby implement a new rule in hoping to combat current and future spammers.

1. New and existing user must have at least ONE post. A user with ZERO post will be DELETED.

2. After the first run and you missed this, you have to re-register and post something to validate yourself.

I will delete users with zero posts regularly.

This is a bit radical and perhaps a little mean, but with 13,000+ user accounts it's impossible to check them individually. Hopefully you guys are clear about this new rule. It's a pain in the buttocks, but this has to be done. Just ask our mod Virtue what he has to go through!

I will give a week from today (November 1st 2011) for idle forumers to post, then the mass deletion will begin!

does it matter how old the post is? haven't posted in a good long while. [until now, which saves me i know but...].

nope, it doesn't matter. this is just to verify and separate real user accounts with spam accounts. as long as you have posted more than one post (indicated below your avatar) you're fine. good to see you again, mate!

I hope that one day, we will be able to live without those pesky spammer! I am rather trigger happy on the report button, I hope it does not bother you that I systematically point the obvious spammer that are obviously spamming!

I do the same thing.
Too bad the report button doesn't allow me to throttle them. (or at least break their spammy little fingers
