The good news: I believe you are talking about actor Chris Diamanttopoulos (praise Jeebus for copy and paste!), of "The Starter Wife" and "24" fame. I'm pretty sure he's been on this site before.
The bad news: Chris is currently in "The Three Stooges" in theaters now as Moe, and he's also been in the TV movie "Behind the Camera: The Unauthorized Story of Mork & Mindy". Meh.
The great news: "Chris Diamanttopoulos shirtless" gets hits on Google. Enjoy.
