Dark, Mature and Hairy Actors

So it’s time to update our pre-historic poll. Which one of these eyecandies is your ideal mature, dark and hairy man? I could go on and on with the candidates for weeks but narrowed the list down to five men for now since they’re in television and all. We have Jon Hamm from “Mad Men”, Adrian Pasdar from “Heroes”, Dylan McDermott from defunct “Big Shots” or better known from “The Practice”, Scott Bakula from “Enterprise” and finally Dylan Walsh from “Nip/Tuck”. As for me, I’m torn between Dylan and Jon but the voice is a total dealbreaker. Jon Hamm is hands down the sexiest, manliest guy on TV. Happy voting!

Square, I think the poll broke. My vote did not register using Mac OS X (either on Firefox or Safari) not on Vista (either with IE or Chrome).

Should there be a ’submit’ button or something?

I’m not sure why the vote button didn’t appear. It’s there, you can click on it but it refuses to show (the right side of “View Results”). Will work on it soon but for now we’ll make do with the bulky Flash version.

Speaking of polls, Square I like the new background. Very subtle. Reminds me corduroy, which I wear most of the winter here in the cold North.

One more (probably for future use):

Square, I do now see the VOTE button on the right-hand frame under “What Do You Think?”. The first time I checked in today, my problem was opposite yours — I could see and click the View Results link and also see the results. That was how I know my vote didn’t register. Just didn’t have a VOTE button.

I use NoScript and AdBlockePlus on Firefox, but specifically had “Allow PollDaddy”. Under Safari, I use adBlocker. I had to add a rule to show all PollDaddy.com elements. I booted from Mac to Vista and tried the poll on IE with no ad blocking. Still couldn’t vote. Tried Chrome (Google’s new browser) which allows everything under to sun, but still no VOTE button.

Now it’s good all around.

I think it’s a little bug on the poll styles but hopefully it’s all sorted now. I only wished that it could display the “other” answers as well. Here are some that you’ve entered:

I agree… i need Christopher Meloni, he’s the hottest dark, hairy guy in TV.
