True Blood, True Hotness, Too Much?

True Blood Hotties

You know like when you see a delicious chocolate cake in front of you and feel like you could eat up the whole thing? And after one too many slices one look at chocolate and you’ll throw up? I kinda feel the same thing for Ryan Kwanten. He’s becoming the new Mateo more and more by the minute, and it’s not exactly a good thing for me. I mean, Ryan is insanely hot and all but this is a bit much. Yes, “True Blood” is now officially the hottest show on television; the obvious Ryan Kwanten, mysteriously gorgeous Stephen Moyer, beefcake Nelsan Ellis and my current fav guy next door Sam Trammell. They’re all shirtless within 3 episodes. THREE. Now tell me which show on TV do just that? No, “Dante’s Cove” doesn’t count.

Krasinski was shirtless (half screen) in “The Office” after three friggin’ SEASONS. That’s a lot of waiting on my part. I never thought I’d say this but perhaps it’s time to tone things down a bit? Too much of a good thing is uhm, too much?

Also, I always thought Ryan Kwanten’s chest looks like someone or something gnawed on it (it wasn’t me I swear!). Maybe it’s his natural hair pattern, as evidently seen in past visuals. Let us pray that the hair will even out, otherwise he will succumb to the razor which is a big no no. More NSFW caps available at Superherofan’s.

Oh yes… when the scene between Tara and Sam startes I knew my “paters” had been answered… sex and nudity from Sam, it was about time.
I feel the same about the chesthair of Ryan Kwanten… it’s kinda weird but i’d still do him without a doubt.

Actually his hair did sort of come out. There’s a continuity error in one of the episodes where he flashes back to when he thought he murdered the woman. During this scene it clearly shows he has a five o’clock shadow and chest hair. While, of course, during the original scene he does not.

If Ryan’s mottled chest hair pattern is his biggest flaw, then I think I could find some way to over look it.

In fact, I think I need to be locked in a room with him until I am full able to come to terms with my shallow judgement.

Stephen Moyer shaved his chest for the second season of “True Blood.” I’d like to ask everyone to write to the producers at HBO and demand that he grow it back! First Matthew Fox on “Lost” shaves/waxes his lovely fur (and that must have been a helluva job!), and now this!!! Pisses me off!
